Visited whilst we were in the area, not deliberately to buy anything, just to browse.
Greeted by a perfumed showroom and friendly apron clad gent called Michael.
Not pushy or intrusive, just courteous and polite, explained the tag colours on the sofas and left us to our browsing.
We returned the next day and asked Michael to sell us a new sofa suite, was that easy.

Lovely, welcoming staff team. It is such a nice experience to look around inside your shop. There were staff members on hand who were friendly and knowledgeable about the products, and it never felt as if they were trying to sell anything to me. They didn't need to as the furniture sell itself. Happy customer. Thank you.

Pleasant and helpful member of staff Dylan at Bromborough Branch. He took time to listen to our needs and advise us accordingly. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and his manner was very professional. The timescale of delivery was exact and we were given realistic information of when our suite would arrive. Staff kept is updated on delivery day and the delivery staff were professional and helpful.

Warm welcome upon arrival, store looking clean, spacious, cool, furniture not crammed together which was good. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about all of the sofas, they also left you alone to browse which was great because it’s very off putting when a staff member follows you around when all you want is to browse.

The process was great from start to finish. Emma introduced herself and explained the process of choosing a suite, fabric etc and then gave us space to browse.
