Waste of time if their service is anything to go by. I ordered a sofa last year which arrived in August. Around January I had to call them as it was sagging only to be told by a woman who claimed to be a "sofa triage technichian" and their was nothing wrong with the sofa and nobody would be coming out. I told her I was going to email renzo.ricci @ poltronesofa.com the CEO of the company. Within 30 minutes I had a call from the repair company. They made an appointment to come and repair the sofas. The technician came out and put 2 pads in the sofa but failed to bring any for the second sofa. A few weeks later they came back to fit the pads in the other sofa. When he turned the sofa over he said it was build with such poor quality products he would need to order everything that goes under it from Italy which would take 2 months to arrive. I called them and said I wanted it uplifted and my money back. I was told as it was over 30 days this was impossible till I told them that the consumer act 2015 gives me the rights for a return. The woman quickly realised I was right and said she was trying to arrange a collection which she couldn't do. I called back.a few days later and arranged collection for today. Now I have sat here all day and nobody has shown up, no texts, calls or emails. I suggest using another company if you are buying a sofa.

Misleading information .
Advertising free delivery but not saying its only on certain suites although the label of free delivery was on the suite . I pointed this out to the shop assistant . He explained if you buy a suite which is on offer you have to pay for delivery

A lovely welcome on entering the store by Steve and made me familiar of the floor layout. Initially I took time to walk around, trying out the comfort of various settees, chairs, etc. When I found something to my liking he joined me and explained everything re different seating, materials and colours. I placed an order for two 2-seater settees, however within 2 days I changed the order to a 3-seater, an armchair and footstool and without any problem. Terrific service. Looking forward now to delivery. Thank you Steve 😊

As soon as I walked in I saw the store was beautifully laid out, making it easy to pick my couch .Kenny in the Great Western Road store explained everything to me very clearly , showed me the colour samples and gave the time to choose .

Had to exchange a sofa at SCS Clydebank. The sales assistant talked us through the process and explained everything putting us under no pressure and we could relax and take our time to select a replacement

Your salesman in the store at Drumchapel, Mr Boyle was great with us as he listened to what we were looking for and then showed us the sofas and bed setee's he thought would suit our requirements, then he left us to look at the sofas on our own. We picked our sofas and he did all the paperwork and everything went smoothly, and we left the showroom very happy and look forward to having our sofas delivered in a few weeks time.

Staff where so helpful on getting us what we wanted explained everything so clearly went above and beyond we where happy with what we got guys where so friendly

We were welcomed into the Drumchapel store by Thom who then left us the space we needed to browse before he approached us with more information about the various sofas we liked. It was an enjoyable shopping experience and we didn't feel pressured into buying more than we had planned.

We visited drumchapel store and had a great experience, the man we were dealing with ( can’t remember name, slightly older gentleman) was incredible so helpful with measurements also showing us how we can modify the sofa and choose materials. He was very warm and welcoming, he’s definitely the reason we choose this company

Great experience from ScS delivery team today.
I was able to track my delivery from the tracking link supplied and around 30 minutes before the delivery arrived one of the delivery team phoned me to say they would be with me shortly. True to their word they duly arrived(early I may add) and wasted no time in getting to work.
Within no time at all my new furniture was in my living room much to the delight of my wife and daughter.
The two delivery boys were fantastic and took all the packaging away as well leaving my living room nice and tidy.

4 days late, very poor communications from delivery crew, had to contact the store to find out why the original date was not kept after waiting in all day.
New delivery was kept and sofas are in place.
A great looking purchase and superb store experience ruined by poor delivery and bad communication by warehouse and delivery teams.

Our first delivery was scheduled for 20/01/26. The delivery team arrived on time, however one of the items we purchased (an armchair) was missing, along with all of the legs for the remaining furniture. All items were listed on the delivery manifest, which had to be amended on the day. We were told someone would call us the same day to arrange delivery of the missing items, but no one contacted us.
We had to call the following day to chase this up. The phone system is extremely poor - menu selections did not work properly and it took four attempts to get through to the store. Once connected, the store employee was helpful, friendly, and proactive, and liaised with the warehouse team for us.
A second delivery was arranged for 27/01/26, which did arrive as scheduled. However, the delivery crew were not aware that they were required to install the missing legs, and had to contact their supervisors before completing the job. They did eventually install everything correctly.
Unfortunately, one of the cardboard packaging boxes was left dumped at the end of our communal drive, between multiple neighbouring houses. We were not informed about this and only became aware when a neighbour returned it to us. This was unprofessional and disappointing. We expected better coordination and follow-through for an expensive and large furniture purchase.
