Excellent! Delivery on time, two very pleasant, friendly and efficient delivery men, very pleased

Very happy with the quality of our new leather recliners. An issue with screws not being given to the drivers who delivered the chairs was sorted out by following a link on the delivery notification email- then choosing a slot for a private furniture company to come out and sort the issue. I am very happy with this level of service. We bought sofas over 25 years ago from ScS and have only bought new chairs because the sofas are now too low. Excellent quality and longevity through children and dogs! We definitely keep going back to Poltronesofa (ScS) and highly recommending them.
The lady who sold us the chairs was easy to talk to, calm, relaxed, knowledgable and clearly loved her job.

Friendly relaxed atmosphere in store , no rush , given lots of info when needed , only disappointment was having to wait a long time for furniture to arrive , but I suppose thats the norm !

Salesman in store, Oliver was knowledgeable and fairly helpful. Communication throughout was good including for delivery. Chair set up and briefly demonstrated on delivery.

The Torriana reclining chair seems to work fine so far and is comfortable.

The insurance documentation has all been received via email as promised.

The delivery was quite painless and took no time to set the settee up very efficient delivery people A1 Andy and His partner. I am very pleased with the settee so far and I love the colour

What a great shopping day I had ,I found my perfect arm chair to go in my sitting room just the right color perfect comfort,my one gripe is that I have to Wait till September for my chair I just want to mention Karen the salesperson who was amazingly helpful she certainly knows her job

Very lovely staff and great products on show

We had been searching high and low for over a year to find 2 two seater leather sofas that were the right seat height and quality and then the right colour. The Poltronesofa Viserba range met all the criteria but we just had to focus in on colour. Luckily we met Karen at the Gloucester Poltronesofa Outlet and she was the only one who understood our issues and made effort to resolve them. We duly placed our order with Karen and now await our new sofas. Many thanks!!
