Loved my suite and delivery men were great

I appreciate your reply but if you are telling me that according to the documents then the correct goods were supplied then you haven't read the documents right as on them it shows that the extra seat we ordered is a different colour from the rest of the sofa and we did not receive this as it was wrong, so on that basis I feel that your comment is not true. The salesman has messed up our order and all we want is what we ordered at the time. We are all human and make mistakes but this is a lot of money to not get what you ordered at the time. Mistakes were made at the time of order and we were told they would be fixed and not to worry!

The delivery team were excellent arrived on time and kept us informed of their progress. Checked everything was OK cleared all wrapping and checked for any damage to the house. Great service and a credit to the company. Well done.

Excellent staff when choosing our suite. Very helpful. Kept us updated re delivery. John and Gareth delivered and assembled the suite. Phoned to say when they would arrive. Very pleasant, efficient and friendly. Would recommend this company to anyone looking for furniture.

I visited your branch in Kilmarnock, Scotland and was greeted by Norman. He went above and beyond to help me choose the right sofa for me. Everything was covered, from comfort, durability ( I have young grandchildren) , price ,colours and materials. Norman was extremely knowledgeable ( as I haven't a clue) ,very friendly and very patient as I kept changing my mind. Absolutely nothing was a bother for him. Other staff on that day were also extremely friendly. My whole experience, in buying a sofa, that is to last a long time , was made so much easier by Norman's dedication to his work .Excellent

From the moment I walked in the door billie was so welcoming ,telling me special offers and offering advice without being too pushy as some can be, left me to myself while being available for any questions . When it came to the decision to buy or not no heavy sales pitch just professional knowledge and advice! Made the whole experience enjoyable!

David in Kilmarnock store was amazing, he was patient and extremely helpful as I couldn't quite make up my mind, he guided me through my decision, i am delighted with my new sofa and it fits exactly into my space, the crew who delivered it were amazing, and very tidy and friendly, they made sure i was happy with my new sofa and they cleared away all the cardboard etc and left my house tidy, thank you Damien and David for all your help, sorry about the weather as it was an extremely hot day and my new sofa was large and very heavy, thanks again Poltronesofa the crew and Kilmarnock store staff are a credit to you.
