Friendly staff and various amount of choice

Micha from the lyons farm,worthing store was absolutely fantastic assistant.
She explained everything,from styles,colour choices and designs.
Tested put quite a few recliners,with lumber,without lumber controls,firmness tests and materials,the sofas were made of.
We really couldn't fault her service,very approachable friendly and product knowledge was very impressive

Neville and Ethan called me to confirm e t an and with tracker knew exactly where they were!
They erected the suite with skill and efficiency and cleared all packaging. Fantastic experience start to finish!

When we arrived we were given a warm welcome and were asked what we had in mind and directed towards those that fitted the bill. On walking around we looked at various options and were happy with our final choice. Angela was extremely helpful and we were happy with the 13 week delivery as we have decorating to complete before arrival.

I’ve just had my new sofa delivered and put together, I am very happy. It was a display model and sold as seen, but it’s great, it’s charging my phone whilst I am chilling on the recliner. Special thanks to Paul and a lady I think is called Mica, great service especially after myself giving them the run around as I couldn’t decide what sofa I wanted🙈. Well done, great service and a great team🙂

Paul was knowledgeable and very helpful, he took his time to explain the different options of materials available. Also, when I called and left a message for him, he got back right away with the information I had requested. No pressure to buy and everyone very helpful.

My sofa was meant to be delivered last week i emailed customer service nothing and on the store booking system nothing so all in all rubbish. I want to cancel the first ex display sofa as is my right. Please advice by return

From start to finish - apart from the antisipation of the wait - everyone has been great. Callum in store was patient and helpfull. The delivery guys, although under pressure were so professional and polite. In the end -well worth the wait.

Delivery men did a stellar job and managed to navigate the sofa in through a window !! Very pleased with the sofa too!

So we waited over 4 months for the sofas to arrive (late April 2026) and initially super impressed by the packaging and the delivery guys were lovely. They left and immediately noticed a pull or defect on the arm and damage to the metal legs. Reported this immediately and told we would get a cover (??) and new legs in 16 weeks! Still no update! Already see wrinkles on the arms and a little rough movement in the electric motion on a ne rear backrest. To be honest for £2.2k I’m not impressed! We ordered and missed free delivery by one day (only for offer to be repeated days later!) and they then discounted sofas by a further £100 so we overpaid by £400! I would not recommend sadly. Too big and too commercial for personal service! Sure showroom lovely, smells nice and staff will be charming but 4 months delivery and 4 months to get help on defects is not acceptable! Really disappointed unfortunately!

Very friendly welcome, had a good look around good assistance when required and a good description of products when needed. Couldn’t ask for more.

Kept up to date re delivery and completed speedily. Allowed time to check chair over before signing for receipt.

Wrong sofa first delivered luckly this was spotted before delivery team had left

Received our villa sofa which is lovely but we had ordered two power chair ends or so we thought as the order shows recliner cups which shows that our intent was to have recliners however seems there I has been a process issue as received with recliner cups in arm but no power recliners as this is what was discussed in store and shown to us was recliners each end ! I have sent a complaint but yet to hear !!!
I must say though that my husband said the delivery drivers were very good calling customer service although to be told that’s what we ordered !! However Paul in store confirmed we had recliners as we were sitting on the sofa at time and the paper work you receive is very misleading too !
