Delivery was good but missing lead for recliner and damage to sofas
Then a very unhelpful call with customer service so don’t know if it issues are getting sorted
Went to shop and was told to call them and someone would arrange to come and sort out
No that didn’t happen was told to fill in the customer card which I couldn’t so all in all a right proper shit show

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're pleased to hear that your delivery experience itself went well, but we're very sorry to learn that your sofas arrived with damage and that the recliner lead was missing.
We also regret to hear about your experience with our customer service team and the difficulties you encountered when trying to report the issues. I have checked into your order and can see that this is logged with our aftercare team but that our online contact card was to be filled in to log the damage.

The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been looking for a sofa for about 6 months and was going with one from Next. However after only 15 mins in the store I found my sofa. The young man was so helpful. Thank you

Had a very enjoyable experience was told the night before of our expected delivery time and again on the following morning.
The 2 delivery men were very respectful of our home and swiftly had our new sofas put together ready for use .
Very polite and phoned me when it was close to being delivered.
Would definitely purchase from you again.

Excellent service.
Our 2 sofas arrived (albeit a little later in the day than promised ) and were carefully brought into the house and put together properly and carefully.
The 2 lads who delivered and constructed them were brilliant......very polite and respectful of the furniture.
