Really helpful staff, nothing is 2 much trouble, know everything about the products they sell, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to purchase sofas etc

Kept informed from the night before about the time of delivery, a link to track it and a call from the delivery men approx 45 minutes before they arrived, excellent.

The store staff at Wrexham were really helpful, I like that they greeted you when you walked in but left us to browse as I don't like when storage staff follow you around makes you feel uneasy, when we had a question they were there to help

Quite a wait for the sofa but it was worth it. The delivery lads were great very helpful after a bad experience four years ago, couldn't fault anything.

We had a wonderful experience in the store. The lady who helped us was incredibly kind, patient and professional. She explained every sofa in detail, offered us hot drinks because it was very cold outside, and made us feel very welcome. The quality and design of the sofas are amazing, and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

The sales staff were welcoming and patient. They also displayed a knowledge of the furniture explaining the different choices available and the pros and cons of each, in order to aid us to decide.
