We visited the Wrexham branch
We visited the Wrexham branch, a very nice young man greeted us and then left us to stroll around the store at our leisure, we found a sofa we liked, the young gentleman gave us all the details and we purchased the sofa, as quick as that. Thank you for the efficient service.

Excellent customer care
Excellent customer care. Listened to my requirements and showed me around a number of suitable options. I eventually got an excellent buy in the ex display models. At no point did I feel rushed and I am very happy with my sofa.

Great service in store but was told…
Great service in store but was told delivery would be before Christmas, we ordered a sofa in October. Heard nothing from ScS so we tracked our order and this is telling us it won’t arrive until sometime in January, very disappointing service.
Thanks for the prompt reply and I understand that things may change, however I would draw your attention to the guarantee of delivery before Christmas that was advertised in store at the time of purchase and that we specifically asked about in relation to our order. It is not a case of hoped for but guaranteed delivery before, also why when a delay was clearly expected as could be seen from the order tracker on your website, did no one contact us?

Worth the wait
Peter and Alex did an amazing job when delivering (onto a white carpet) they were respectful and polite used sheets, removed all rubbish and asked about positioning etc they really are an asset to your company. The sales team I have mixed reviews the lady that sold us the sofa wasn't really interested more interested in her mobile phone but the other team members are great.

Great service and great sofa
From choosing our new sofa to it being delivered was smooth and trouble free . Kept informed at every step of the way with emails and texts
Delivery was on time and the delivery guys Shaun and Andy were polite and very professional . Soon had the new sofa in place , feet put on it and all the packaging removed and taken away . Considerate parking as we are in a small cul de sac . Can’t fault the service and we love our brand new sofa which was a great bargain in the sale . Thank you SCS

Great delivery
The two guys delivering were excellent. The sofa wouldn’t go through the door so they had to take it all round the next street and along the alleyway to the back of the house. Loads of work for them but they didn’t complain. Martin & Nath were really friendly too, and they took all the packaging away and attached the sliders. Really please with what was a complicated delivery in the end!

AVOID AVOID AVOID
Worst company ever, they don’t respond to messages or emails and even when you ask for a complaint to be logged, they ignore you! Cancel orders you have been waiting for for over 3 months with no notification, and then finally when you have sorted that, delivery day comes and they don’t turn up and don’t inform you that their van is ‘off the road’ Been a nightmare from start to finish. Was saved the hassle of buying a carpet from them too because they don’t know how to give accurate quotes!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. if only for your sanity!
You can’t leave a negative review on their website, you get an email saying they have blocked it.
