Excellent delivery service.
Arrived on time and notified me of arrival time.

I cannot fault anything about the whole process. From the showroom staff to delivery everything was faultless.
We had notifications along route, with updated timings.
Matt and Neil were very professional, efficient and friendly. Two really nice guys. (Even though one was an Everton supporter). They did such a good job we could overlook that.
A few delays with delivery but that was out of anyone’s control.

I found my experience at ScS excellent . There were 3 assistants serving in the store and each one was very friendly and helpful when I asked them various questions. I would certainly recommend this store to my friends .

The actual date was delayed by over two weeks, but the delivery was very professional. We were informed of the estimated time of delivery and were updated throughout the day. the sofa and chair were brought into the house carefully and we were given all the necessary information. The men were very polite and respectful.

We visited SCS in Wrexham and were served by Mark & Holly. Both were exceptionally helpful and attentive and ensured we were aware of all the options available to us.

Just had a call saying the delivery won’t be delivered on the 21st March as it’s only getting to the warehouse tomorrow and hasn’t had anything done to it as in spray whatever thst is. So we are on Tuesday and they are now saying it’s not going to happen 48 hours before!!!!!!!! They then said it would be the 25 th which is the date I can’t do. They have now said April delivery. This must be a Guinness world record for how to build a two seater sofa the slowest ever 5 months for a simple two seater. People if you read the oh aren’t scs fantastic you will see the sales etc names being mentioned which can anyone here remember the name of the person selling you your last suite it’s all made up. This company needs reporting to the trading standards for misleading and mis selling a product knowing it’s going to be late

My sofa was delivered on time. The delivery men were friendly and polite and respected my home. They unwrapped the sofa and put it in my living room and took away all rubbish. I received a phone call with expected time. Excelent service.

Holly was fantastic! She was clear and concise on any questions we had. She made what we were buying and went through all additional features. Overall a comfortable and easy experience thanks to Holly.
