Initial email and live chat contact
You initially contacted us with a pre-sale question about delivery options. When you later reached us via live chat, we investigated and found that your email was filtered/flagged on arrival (spam filtering), which is why it wasn’t seen and answered in time. In the live chat, we guided you on delivery options and how to place the order.
Order communication chat and VAT-reduced payment link
After the order was placed, we continued the conversation in our order communication chat. On December 14, 2025, we informed you that due to the very high Christmas-season order volume, delivery before Christmas could not be guaranteed, and we asked for your confirmation that you still wanted to proceed under these circumstances. We also explained that we generate the VAT-reduced payment link only after receiving that confirmation.
Duplicate reviews and our decision to decline service
During this time, we observed two Trustpilot reviews posted with the same specific details as this case, appearing immediately after we did not respond within 24 hours. As no other customer had the same unique combination of details, we linked the reviews to this order. After an internal review, we informed you that we would not proceed with your order and declined further service. The order was canceled, no VAT-reduced payment link was issued, and since no payment was made there was nothing to refund.
Abusive language and threats after our decision
After we communicated our decision, the messages we received included abusive language (including your name being changed to “FUCKYOU”) and threats to post additional negative content on multiple platforms.
We always try to help and respond as fast as possible, especially during peak season, but we also require respectful communication and fair use of review platforms.

We needed the devices urgently for a research project, and the team at SDRstore was very responsive from the beginning.

Before making my purchase I wanted to ask the customer support some questions, however it was Sunday and I was surprised they were working and the support replied to my message in 2 minutes. All of their responses were fast. I was really impressed by the customer support. After making my purchase everything went smoothly. I even received an email from them letting me know that they included a gift in my package because they were selecting random orders to give something back to customers. I rarely stop and really leave reviews however this company trully deserves it.

We ordered 50 units of the LibreSDR B220 Mini for use in our RF test labs. SDRstore provided a very clear commercial offer, including datasheets and all the information we required. They offered us free shipping for the entire batch, and the goods arrived within 8 business days, well within the quoted lead time.

Waranty handling
I bought a web-888 sdr from this company.
A quality issues was found in the delivered web-888 sdr.
It took a few back and forth exchanges but the company honoured the 1 year warranty, arranged for a replacement and a pick up of the bad unit.

Claims to be European but Chinese
Claims to be European (with the .EU domain, and pricing and delivery text across the site).
BUT! the shipping is from China, and so you get stung for import duties!
This is not mentioned anywhere pre-sale, it's hidden at the bottom of an "order delivery" page : "Note: We are not responsible for import taxes or VAT separate from our store."
Don't be deceived!

- The shipments come from China, you're dropshipping. Reddit is full of threads saying the same thing. This isn't advertised on the site at all, which makes customers responsible for import duties
- No company information is visible anywhere on the site (no company registration, address, company ID, etc)..
