A very good customer experience overall. They were dealing with some website issues at the time and yet shipping was pretty quick. They offer pretty good prices, a good range of products, and ship from within the EU.

I just bought the HackRF one Portapack…
I just bought the HackRF one Portapack H4M Bundle 4. As a newbie I found this gadget an interesting and useful introduction into the world of RF comms. It's packed with features and apps so you can get a glimpse of all the radio signals going on around us. I hate to say some elements of the user interface can be a little glitchy, but these guys and girls have done a lot of work this project and they all deserve a big shout.

very good store. contacted them before placing my order just to confirm some of my questions. also ive asked them to send me some photos of the package being packed for peace of mind since I saw they don't have a lot a reviews when I placed my order and wanted to make sure. They fulfilled my request and send me photos of the shipment before shipping it and they also included some free stickers which is really nice. I've got the new H4M and it's amazing. I have just not been able to put it down in the past few days. My hands hurt for holding it so long :) I will 100% come back and buy again.

It took a bit longer than their processing times info for my order to get processed. But other than that had no problem with shipping. I am from the Netherlands and i received my order in 8 days once it was shipped. One downside is they only have Standard Shipping. They should add more options in the future.

Correct Product, good support
I ordered the HackRFOne with the Portapack from Great Scott Gadgets and it appears to be legitimate and one of the more reasonably priced options. Shipping was fast and the support team was quick to respond when I thought my package was stolen (thankfully it wasn't just poor courier tracking)
