Very good company to deal with and always deliver what we order.

Ordered a pair of axle stands, Hermes seem to have lost them… contacted Securefix as they hadn’t arrived on the expected date. They investigated as to why and sent a fresh pair of stands next day with DPD. Arrived this morning. Great service from a local company!

Secure fix Direct advertise many marine items that I would like to purchase however for many many months now they have had no stocks of most of the items I need and keep trying to buy which is not a good customer service in fact it is very poor.

Well what can I say... this seller is great, as for hermes thats another thing. Part of my delivery came broken yet the seller made certain that they were packaged very well. However securefix were fantastic and replaced them immediately with lots of correspondence, also they changed who delivered them to dpd who made sure they came perfect with next day delivery. We are now very happy. Thank you.

Jamie and his team has been very helpful with us recently, putting together a large order with lots of finer details and requirements. Jamie really does go the extra mile and is extremely quick and diligent in his communication. We have used various outlets over the years but securefix has exceeded in their prompt services, prices and customer care and is now our first and only choice.

Securefix direct offers a premium service that can’t be matched by other retailers; they are quick to respond to enquiries and their genuine and prompt support really is a welcoming change from what is normally seen as the expected standard. Furthermore, their products are more than reasonably priced; delivered promptly and are always of the best quality. As a building company we deal with a number of retailers and merchants and securefix is by far the most outstanding.

Not only did SecureFix Direct provide a speedy service but promptly replaced an item that had been'removed' during postal transit. The item arrived overnight. Amazing. A standard to which other firms should aspire!

Bought a few stainless steel fixings from SecureFix - upon receipt realised one of the fixings was not the correct version as advertised - naturally I was a bit disappointed so I sent the customer support team a message about this. Within 30mins I had a reply saying 'sorry about this and we'll get the correct one shipped to you asap' - OK that was good enough for me.

What I didn't anticipate was they then paid for premium next day delivery service to make sure I receive the correct fixing (which itself only cost £10) within less than 24hrs! WOW - I was really, really surprised by how they care about customers and frankly speaking if all companies adapt the same 'customer first' culture there will be no 'single star' companies here on Trust Pilot.

Royal Mail let us down with the delivery. After contacting secure Fix Jason sorted out the problem and the customer service I received from him was the best I have ever had from a company selling on eBay .
