Great company to deal with great products at a good price with service to match.

Ordered a couple awning rail protectors from this company, good price if buying more than one. Delivery was quick and tracking details supplied after despatch, also courier provided updates. After fitting did find a genuine issue with one of them, so sent message, with photos, to seller, who responded very well and offered to either partial refund or send another, which I asked for.

Great service and would definitely recommend this company. Brilliant.

Swift delivery of my battery box but unfortunately straps & fitting kit were missing,on making contact supplier checked but had no further stock so immediately made a refund and told me to keep the box with their compliments.I would be happy to purchase from again and recommend SecureFix Direct

Purchased item on Thursday received on Friday you cannot ask for anything better than that, very happy with product and a good price.

Accidentally received an incorrect item , when contacted they immediately shipped the right part the next day.

Wonderful company offering superb customer service. Couldn't have been quicker responding or more helpful or efficient processing a complicated order including making good when the courier lost part of the order. (Being out of stock they even waived making a charge for the lost part as compensation for the delay in obtaining it from the manufacturer. You don't expect anyone to care that much about the customer these days.)

Prompt delivery and very rapid response/resolution to a query.

Paid for next day delivery but it took 5 days to arrive. My delivery charge was refunded but it is not the point as I was on holiday and wanted the kayak during the holiday.
The kayak is perfect for my son and great value.
