Abysmal service

Abysmal service. Not UK registered, so no FCA coverage. Refused to pay out on a claim despite following the advice in the confirmation email. They wouldn’t allow me to even raise a complaint as they claim they have no responsibility to as they aren’t based in the UK. Definitely won’t be using them again.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Secursus to anyone - 5 stars!

I'm glad I found this Company a few years ago - I regularly ship guitars & amps both within the UK & internationally - it's rare that things go wrong but thankfully when they have Secursus have sorted things out quickly, easily & professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, in fact I do recommend them to everyone I know who is shipping anything of value.
Shout out to Marie, who replies to queries in a timely manner & is very helpful.
5 stars all round.

Easy and painless claim procedure!

Although there were some delays between updates, I can't fault the claim process that was easy and relatively painless. Nice friendly staff. Keep your photos and documentation and you won't go wrong.

WARNING - BEWARE!!!!!!!

WARNING - THEY DO NOT COVER PRIVATE ONLINE SELLERS OF ANY MARKETPLACE!!!!!

I STARTED SELLING MY RARE/SEALED VIDEO GAME COLLECTION ON EBAY... SOME OF WHICH WERE WORTH THOUSANDS OF POUNDS.

BECAUSE OF THIS I INSURED THEM WITH SECURSUS.

IT WAS ONLY AFTER I SENT A GAME WORTH £1750 AND I HAD AN ISSUE WITH IT THAT I STARTED TO LOOK IN TO SECURSUS T's&C's... I WAS THEN ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIED TO DISCOVER... THOUSANDS OF WORDS DOWN IN THEIR CONDITIONS... THAT THEY DO NOT COVER PRIVATE SELLERS ON EBAY (OR ANY OTHER MARKETPLACE)

WHY IS THIS NOT EXPLICITLY AND BLATANTLY STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE?????

ANYONE SEARCHING FOR PARCEL INSURANCE FINDS SECURSUS... HOW IS ANY PERSON SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT COVER EBAY (OR OTHER MARKETPLACES) PARCELS???????

We would have confirmed eligibility within a short time, and you could have proceeded with complete peace of mind. Using and will continue to use Securesus

I am using Secures for quite a while. Last week was the first time I filed a claim. Initially, one of the agents that took my claim denied it because I opened the claim over 14 days that the departure date, as I wasn't aware of this rule within the EU.

I was later communicated with Valentin who listened to my experience and took it to his hands, with undoubtedly professionalism and customer oriented approach, I never expected him to help me in such care and dedicated way. I also advice everyone to read carefully all the terms and rules in their shipping destination within Secursus service.

I wish all companies and services we interact with will have even 1% of Valentin attitude and customer oriented approach.

Great value shipping insurance.

I have been using Secursus to insure my shipments for about a year now and have just had to make a claim for damage. They settled the claim quickly and were very helpful.
I would definitely recommend using them for insuring valuable shipments.
Great value insurance. Fully covered. Easy to use. Helpful.

AFFORDABLE COVERAGE FOR HIGH VALUE SHIPMENTS!

SIMPLE, EASY AND AFFORDABLE SHIPPING COVERAGE! THE PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS (it's NOT necessary to double box every item shipped - nor is it cost effective to be required to do this) AND PHOTOS NEEDED FOR EACH PACKAGE SHIPPED/INSURED IS EXTREMELY TOO MUCH WORK FOR EVERYTHING THAT I NEED TO SHIP. BUT FOR THE HIGHER VALUE ITEMS, THIS COVERAGE CAN'T BE BEAT! LUCKILY I HAVE ONLY HAD ONE DAMAGE CLAIM TO SUBMIT AND THEY PAID SUPER FAST.

Immediate insurance

Immediate insurance, very reasonable price. Accidentally insured a package with incorrect tracking info, refund was prompt without issue. Highly recommended.

Highly recommended, useful with false claim

A valuable parcel was reported missing and our customer signed a statement it was not delivered.

After 1 month of 'investigation' the shipping company declared the parcel was lost. It took Secursus less than 1 day to find proof that the parcel was actually delivered!

It is great to receive compensation when a parcel is lost, but it feels even better when a scammer making false claims is not rewarded.

The online website is now also much improved, making it easier to file and monitor a claim.

We can only recommend using Secursus for peace of mind.

Great company and service!
