Awesome support!

I had an issue of registering my device and I didn't find a solution on the internet. I contacted the technical support and within a short period of time it got resolved. They were super competent, quick and helpful. Awesome customer support!

Seeed rocks 🤘😎🤘

I am so glad I chose the sensecap over the other brands of helium miners available. I have had a few issues that I needed help resolving/understanding and the sensecap support team has been awsome. Usually a quick response time with clear and concise answers. The support team has provided an easy to follow map to resolution everytime. The build quality of my equipment is superior and all of my problems have been api/blockchain related...never actually my equipment. If you are on the fence about what brand helium miner you should buy absolutely 100% without a doubt go with sensecap. It might be a little more difficult purchasing processes but well worth it.

Dashboard Login Issues, WIFI, Ethernet

I had an issue with logging into the dashboard. Jamie responded quickly through their discord Ticket service. Jaime quickly listened checked out information to make sure my setup was correct and all the information was on the up and up.

He then asked me to detail the sets I took and the issue. He quickly walked me through some basic easy to follow guides step by step. Simple easy, ran into a small hiccup. He corrected it. Power off... power on. Connected. He stayed until I was 100% satisfied. Excellent customer support and willing to help again if needed. I highly recommend.

Customer support was excellent!

Customer support was excellent!! Super fast response on their sensecap discord channel. Mario was my support tech and his troubleshooting was great. He guided me on getting my miner back online in no time! I had a SD card issue

Discord Supportteam is awesome!!!

I had a broken sd card, support team on discord sent me a new file to flash a new sd card within 2 days. Now everything works fine. Really awesome support!!! Thanks a lot!!!
