It all went through easy enough but I would have liked the opportunity to pick my own seats especially as is a venue I don’t really know.

Too much faffing around

Too much faffing around. You're getting paid a percentage of every ticket as a third party which in my mind is a disgrace. The venues are quite capable of selling tickets and some bands are too.

Actual ticket via email(not app)…

At least i reveive an email with ticket attached, as opposed to forcing me to download an app like some sites.
But that birthday question is tedious, i had to use a calendar, and swipe, swipe, swipe... i am too old... i gave up.

Quick and easy to use
