It all went through easy enough but I would have liked the opportunity to pick my own seats especially as is a venue I don’t really know.

Good for getting tickets for smaller gigs and venues. My only issue is ticket orders not linking to mobile wallet all the time.

Charged Twice but no Ticket Received

I was charged £103 three times before I received a ticket confirmation, so that’s a total of - £309!

I tried to go on the website to find the contact email address to escalate this issue, but I was unsuccessful as Ireally struggled with the help pages to find any useful contact details. It’s very frustrating when companies don’t make customer service email addresses accessible. 

Now I’m hoping that the pending transactions are cancelled and the money goes back into my account.
