This is what good customer service should look like! Spoke to a lovely, friendly and helpful agent called Jim Lucy. Listened to my requirements of leasing a vehicle that I want on their website. Was very thorough and provided all the information I required. Not a pushy salesman and actually cares about client needs.

Very easy process, no hidden costs.

We keep coming back and the process is always the same, clear and professional.

Simple process to leasing a car. Someone always on hand to answer any questions be direct, email or the portal which gives all information on lease from start to finish.
Once car delivered there is excellent follow up for any issues etc. Thanks to Jamie for making this an easy process

Both occasions its been clear relevant information sent and I've been happy with the service they provide.

Excellent customer service

Good service and support/advice with agreement and seamless delivery. Lack of information re roadside assistance. Realise agreement is with a separate provider, but would have been helpful if Select could have obtained this information on my behalf, but it looks like I am going to have to contact provider myself. Otherwise, my rating would have been five star.

Really disappointed with the state of the car that was delivered to me, and had I noticed these I would not have accepted the delivery if the car.

1. No dust cap n one wheel
2. A paint defect on the bonnet which gives a cloudy look
3. Red on piece of cloth in the wheel trim
4. Missing cover inside the car underneath the steering wheel

Terrible delivery of a brand new car, and equally poor service since raising the concerns from Select Leasing.

This is the 2nd van I’ve had from Select and the 2nd time dealing with Adam Rayward, service, knowledge and helpfulness absolutely amazing!!
