Niall supported me to find a car that fitted with what I needed, my lifestyle and budget. He supported me through the process and kept me aware of what steps were needed to progress order. I was kept advised of delivery. The car was delivered at an agreed date to suit me and the man who delivered it showed me the controls. Great experience and would recommend - particularly to Niall who had to support working around my working hours to allow time for discussion.

Michelle made the whole process stress free and easy from start to finish. Would highly recommend. Michelle is a credit to the business.

Plenty of contact with a named client manager at Select (Josh), made the process as simple as possible, only reason for 4 stars was the delayed delivery which resulted in additional payments on my previous lease car

I found logging in to site very easy,and it was easy to see my account details,Some times it was not possible to speak to someone straight away,Also on several occasions i was asked to do the same application twice by different people,Apart from this it was fairly strait forward,

Great service from Fash Khan. Great communication on phone and email. We live in Northern Ireland so we knew the process would probably be more difficult. The delivery / collection service was a little cumbersome, and we had to collect the car from a Scottish port rather than home delivery (and had to pay an extra delivery charge to do so). We knew this from the start, but it sometimes felt this was the first time it had been done.
