Need strong WiFI

Good customer service. I am disappointed with the equipment. Our's is connected to the WiFi and it always gives us a headache. We have had service out many times. Doorbell camera - we are not always able to log in to see who it at the door. Our equipment is too new to upgrade so we are stuck with the equipment that works 50% of the time. I will be switching when my contract us up. It is a nice system just make sure you have a good internet speed so it is functional.

I want to first thank you for the review, this feedback is critical and appreciated much more than I can say. Sorry about the doorbell issue. I will have Advanced Tech Support reach out to you and we will work with the manufacturer of the doorbell and install some WIFI boosting equipment. Whatever it takes to get it working or we will take it off your bill. Every doorbell manufacturer out there has the same issue, they all sell HD video and features and leave out the downside of how much WIFI the units need and signal strength issues. We have several solutions to boost signal we will offer you, all at no additional cost. Thanks for the feedback. The ability to arm and disarm at your…

The ability to arm and disarm at your convenience right from your phone checking to make sure you did set alarm, from your phone, be able to disarm before you open your door. The chimes to alert you when a door is opened is just awesome. I would recommend to anyone. You sleep peacefully.

work in progress

not bad service once I got a hold of someone that could actually help. after that it was all good until the billing didn't go thru for months. at least they didn't charge me any late fees. I just didn't know about it and had gone a vacay thinking my house was secure. That something that I want to happen.

Relocation of security panel is a problem

The installation was quick and the technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. However the security panel could not be placed where the original one was installed and there are small holes in my wall which will have to be repaired/painted. I was not expecting to have that problem or added expense.

We like being able to use our phone or…

We like being able to use our phone or the remote to turn the system on and off. It is a user friendly keyboard. But the system is not loud enough We had Alarm Force previously and could hear it everywhere in the house. We are concerned that if the alarm is set off that we could not hear it in our upstairs bedroom We have contacted customer service and they indicate that it is set as loud as possible with this system We have a two story house and cannot set the system away from the key pad and go upstairs at night like we could with Alarm Force. We have to set it with our phone or remote. Our biggest concern with this system is that if the alarm is set off during the night that we would not be able to hear it it in our upstairs bedroom!!
