Customer Service is terrible

Customer Service is terrible. When I first got the system, I needed to talk to a rep. This was a Friday evening around 7pm. Could never reach a person. Left several messages for a call back request. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK!! I finally solved the problem on my own. I hope I never have a problem and need help!! I have no confidence in your customer service.

We're very sorry you had an initial technical support issue and our Customer Support department was closed.

We are expanding hours very soon that will have us open daily until later for routine calls.

I am not sure why the operator you spoke to did not page our on call technician when you called in but in any event, look for the announcement on the call center expanded hours.

I HATE THE BOX

I HATE THE BOX! THERE IS NOT ENOUGH VOLUME TO IT! THE WHOLE IDEA TO THE BOX IS SO I CAN HEAR THE BEAP OR THE VOICE IF SOMEONE COMES INTO MY HOME!

The company does not reach out to tell…

The company does not reach out to tell you about updates on new products.
It cost more to view from your cell phone.
It cost more to active/deactivate from another device.

Already recommended

I've already recommended Select Security to a widow friend who has never had a Security System. The ease of use is incredible. I grew up with Alarm Force, and this system is so much easier. The technician who installed the system was top notch, and left no doubt on the complete use, before leaving our premise. Good job, and thank you!

We had alarm force for years and…

We had alarm force for years and everything worked great then select security came along and then I had alot of problems with the equipment I had problems with disconnecting not motion detecting right the Wi-Fi extender worked half the time for the doorbell camera called in twice to have them fix it and then the third time it broke down I called and cancelled and went with ADT your customer service is good very friendly the only downside is the equipment

I can never find where to pay my bill on your home page. Why don't you just simply it by selecting: "PAY BILL ONLINE"
