Outstanding customer service with great product knowledge. Highly recommend to all. Don’t be too sure you can get a better deal online, but in addition there is nothing like the full “real shop” experience where you can experience the products, listen to great knowledge input from the staff and make a decision using all your senses not just a web page…. Especially on the topic of Sound & vision…. I had a idea of what I wanted, but needed to answer my own question of whether I really needed to upgrade my home theatre… listening to the actual products myself and talking it through, answered the question with perfect clarity. The price was extremely competitive too.

Easy to order over the phone, but had problems with the website. Phone answered quickly though and order process was simple. Product delivered very fast, in perfect condition.

Open honest support

I was looking at a sub, called Tom at SSAV Sutton Coldfield who had previously helped me with buying my system

I was looking at a Demo PSB BP8 at another shop at a huge reduction and in budget, along with a Rel TX5x with another company

Tom gave me all the support I needed, advised the BP8 would over power my room size. The REL T5x was superb fit and the demo price was good, just warned me about warranty

He then asked if I was interested in a new one, gave me an offer and it had full 6 year warranty, price was really competitive and having that warranty sealed it

Just a big thanks for Tom for open honesty support, he had no issues if I went elsewhere just want to give the right advice for me

TV installation was all carried out to schedule and all connections thoroughly checked to ensure everything was working correctly.
