Sézane’s customer service is outstanding. On numerous occasions, they have handled any concerns with professionalism and care. They are friendly, quick to respond, and go above and beyond to resolve any issues. I have never dealt with a company that has customer service as wonderful as Sézane. It is this excellent customer service, in part, that makes me so dedicated to the brand. I do love the pieces, but would love to see a return to some of the earlier styles. I would love to see longer length tops, and that quintessential French style of some of the earlier pieces. Although, I still do love the collections. I am also hoping that prices do not increase so that I can continue to be a customer. I am also hoping for a location in Ontario. Thank you Sezane and I look forward to seeing what you have planned for the upcoming Fall season!

The worst brand I’ve ever dealt with. I returned my order over a month ago, and I still haven’t received my refund or any response. I’ve sent multiple emails, but no one replies. Their customer service is extremely disappointing. Be careful before ordering from them.

Not only are their clothes beautiful and of exceptional quality, but what impressed me the most was their customer service. They went above and beyond to help me with my situation, were incredibly responsive, understanding, and genuinely cared about finding a solution. Excellent customer service: I used WhatsApp to reach the customer service (Royal Mail didn’t update parcel status) and Justine got back in a few minutes with solution of my problem!
Also, even if there is a notice of Archive period and waiting time of 15 working days, the order was received in a week time:)

Refuse to acknowledge defects in one of their garments. Astonished by the response given the staff are usually wonderful and the clothes are of good quality. However recent experiences are starting to put me off as someone who has been a loyal customer for years, prior to the boutique even opening shop in London.

Not only was the shipping fast and the quality just as good as in their Paris shops, even the packaging captures their unique aesthetic. I will certainly order from then again.
Nice clothes and good customer service but terrible delivery service - DPD. After I asked therm for three times to deliver the parcel to the pick up point, they did not bit return the parcel to the warehouse. Today, after I contacted Sezane and tell them that I can not reach the parcel, they said it is in the pick ip point I cjoswd. But they arw lying, the office is closed today.
