This is what shareagift said in response to my earlier review
"There is a 90 day limit on all automated collections which is stipulated in our FAQ's. This is a requirement of Paypal's terms and conditions, not a rule unique to or created by Shareagift. It seems you created your campaign back in July 2019 which is over the 90 day limit. We apologise if this was not made clear enough and believe you have now collected all your funds. Please do confirm. Kind regards, The Shareagift Support Team"

I can not seem to reply to this so i am writing another review in order to do so, hoping they will resolve the issue. I started the campaign in July and was notified that people contributed via email. However, they did not notify me on two of the 4 people that contributed and did not post their contributions on my page. Therefore, I was unaware of the funds and could not transfer them. Then as of last week they sent me an email saying these 2 missing people contributed, however replied that it is too late for me to transfer the funds. This makes no sense Shareagift! Please resolve this issue accordingly and transfer ALL the money that was donated (not half of it). And then I will be happy to write review saying that you resolved the issue. Thank you

I have been requesting my money for days. There's no way to get in touch with them. They owe me £175.

Has anyone managed to get in touch with them? I am desperate.

I do used this site to raise funds for a gift and cannot get them to send the money via paypal. Laura, if you could email me the manager's email address and/or phone number to my gmail account: findingyoursolution I would really appreciate it.

TOTAL UTTER SCAM - how are these folks allowed to stay online and steal money. No replies. Nothing been trying for months.

Shareagift are a total scam. I used them for a collection for work and requested the funds 48 hours in advance of when I needed to have them as stated on the site, I received nothing. Called them the next day to be told someone would call me back, they never. Went on to email via the site 5 times, 2 further calls to be told I would receive a call back, I didn't. Thankfully after 2 weeks of persisting I managed to get hold of the managers email address so, within 14 minutes of emailing and advising her of what a disgrace this company was for taking people's money and from charity collections, not one instance of communication from them is appalling and if I didn't receive my funds that day I would be seeking legal advice and taking it further, the funds magically popped into my paypal!!

If this review would allow me to post the email I would to help everyone else still struggling! (I did try)

Unable to access our funds and unable to contact the company. Colleague raising funds for a retirement party. Thankfully only small amount but she cannot access them and having telephoned the company was told they would call her back and did not.

UPDATE: The company has now refunded the monies to my colleague for which we are grateful. At least they remedied the mistake although it was stressful for her. I've therefore upgrade to 3 stars.

doubting if I will ever collect the funds I fund-raised, just saw that there URL isn't secure and have had no email notification on my fund transfer requested a week ago.

I would not recommend this service at all. Be warned that you will have to chase multiple times for them to release funds. Communication is poor and you are left wondering if you will ever get your money back!
