All the staff couldn't have done more, very helpful didn't rush me . Went back for a re fit no problem delt with straight away .

Really kind and attentive assistance. I appreciated being allowed to choose a female guide for curating, selecting and fitting my new glasses. The receptionists also worked hard to find suitable appointments for my husband and I so that we could both attend multiple appointments on the same day. My optician was very professional. I was kept well-informed and my glasses were ready promptly.

Staff are always friendly and polite. The waiting area was warm and comfortable. Was seen on time and examination was very thorough. Very happy with overall visit. Had to have new glasses adjusted after a week or so and again this was no problem, just walked in and was seen asap

Exactly what you would expect an experience to an opticians to be. Perfect. Also, and you shouldn’t forget this, you have a problem with your glasses, I sat on mine, they’ll do there best to fix in right there whilst you wait - including changing nose pads and ear guard thingies. No charge just great service.

I’ve been going to Sheinman for over 30 years, always the save level of excellence, from the welcome you get from the reception team to the great service you get for your eye test. Today’s visit was just the same, 10/10

Have been attending Sheinman Opticians since I was a child and will not change in future. All staff are competent, helpful, very knowledgeable, and gentle. All examinations I have had include procedural explanations, and updates on the progress of frames or lenses.

Martin aways gives first class service when I attend an appointment. Nothing is too much trouble. He always chooses the best frame for my features. He knows I prefer something a little different. He has never disappointed yet- think I have been a customer with him for about 18 years now. Would never go anywhere else!

Sheinmans are amazing. The staff are so helpful. I had previously had a pair of glasses that were wrongly prescribed so I decided to change Opticians and went to Sheinmans. Marc Williams took time and care to make sure I had the right strength of varifocals.
The number of equipment they have for testing eyes is incredible. I haven't stopped talking to everyone about how good my new glasses are. I can now read my magazines again. Highly recommend Sheinmans.
