I wouldn't use any other optician. I have a complicated prescription and the staff at Sheinman's have always taken the time to understand my needs and find great options for both glasses and contact lenses.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service from the moment you enter the building and for each of the services offered. The opticians are friendly and supportive. You never feel like they are trying to sell you things. Even when you are looking at purchasing glasses, there is always great advice and guidance given, again never steering towards wanting you to spend excessively. Sheinman’s is a welcoming place where you are always made to feel special.

I have a neurodivergent brain - ADHD and Autistic - and I find it hard to fully trust people and organisations with my health. Sheinman's staff are so brilliant and fully expert in what they do, I am always totally confident that I will be well looked after.
