We bought a new front door from Sherborne recently, and couldn’t be happier. It wasn’t cheap but you definitely get what you pay for; it’s beautifully made, so solid, secure and looks gorgeous. The fitters were polite and professional too. Would highly recommend.

I appreciated the meticulous measuring and the quality of the workmanship when the door was in stalled. Swift service and immaculate clearing up.

All of our windows and outside doors were replaced by Sherborne, after a house fire, with Evolution UPVC windows and European Redwood doors (from TIMBER Windows Company. Their surveyor Troy did a really excellent job and so did the window fitters. These white, wood grain effect windows are virtually indistinguishable from the wooden doors and look great. Price was competitive with other companies providing similar products. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a quality product and a quality service.

Sherborne constructed a partially glazed extension to my house. The project was very well managed with experienced tradesmen overseeing all elements of the construction. Everybody working on the project was extremely pleasant and courteous which made the experience very positive and a special thank you to Stuart on the groundworks team and Andy for managing the whole project. Whenever any issues arose, Sherborne were keen to come up with solutions and quickly made corrections when necessary showing customer satisfaction is very important to them. An excellent company.

We’ve had two encounters with Sherbourne - installation of an extension 4yrs ago - which has been perfect since and a recent urgent repair after a break in. Both times communication has been outstanding… workmanship fantastic and the team on site have all been lovely! Highly recommend!!!
The team in the office have shown efficiency, been informative and been absolutely lovely and supportive over the phone throughout the trauma of a break in…
The gentleman who came the morning after our break in were also excellent assessing the damage and boarding the bifold door in the interim as well as being super kind and lovely.
And finally the day of installation and completion - attention to detail - on point! Meticulously addressed the finer details and repairs - on our bifold doors which now look brand new again!
So grateful and thankful to all your team, cannot recommend enough and would happy use your services again and again.

Great service and top quality would never go anywhere else

Requesting service visits from Sherborne has always been problematic- its difficult to get in contact with them, then it takes even longer for a scheduled service visit. This year the “service” has deteriorated further.
In June the rain sensor failed, so the roof vents remained open during rain. Also the interior window boards had swollen up (again, as previous service visits had not cured the fault) as a result of water ingress. A whole month later a service visit confirmed the defects. Two months after that, and after a few phone calls and emails, in September the gutter was replaced to prevent further water ingress. No action was taken in replacing the rain sensor or the damaged window boards.
Since then many calls have been made to Sherborne. On the few occasions when the call has been actually answered, there has been no follow up. Similarly voice mails have been ignored.
So in November, five months after the first contact there are still outstanding issues, but as I cannot contact the service department, I do not know why.

Since April have had issues trying to resolve a front door problem under warranty. am trying to help my elderly mother resolve but I am also not getting anywhere. Communication exceptionally poor, it appears all good till it goes wrong. We will persevere though!!

Brilliant company from start to finish they were always friendly and helpful no job to big or to small. Had a couple of windows and a door fitted great quality product and fitted to high standard. Would use again and recommend great company.

This is our second time we have used Sherborne and once again the service from quotation to fitting has been excellent. We are really happy with the end result and would highly recommend.

From start to finish the team at Sherborne were extremely patient and accommodating. We spent many months deciding on the doors we wanted and changed our minds several times along the way. On installation day itself the guys who fitted our new doors were an absolute credit to the company. The attention to detail, their cleanliness and their whole approach to carrying out the work was exemplary. We are absolutely and utterly delighted with their workmanship, the quality of the doors and obviously the end result. They are quite simply stunning and we would not hesitate to recommend Sherborne to family, friends and others.

Sherborne were superb. The initial consultation was well explained and completely without nonsense pressure selling or ‘let me phone my boss for a good deal, if you sign today’ trash.
The pricing is very fair and while perhaps not the cheapest, you get what you pay for, buy cheap, buy twice.
The fitters were polite, tidy and clearly knew their business.
By coincidence, a neighbour was having windows on the same day by a different company and he was clearly a wee bit disappointed that his chaps hadn’t finished his in the same way as Sherborne - e.g dying the cement to colour match my red bricks. Little touches that make a big difference.
The doors and windows look great and I thoroughly recommend Sherborne. Well done all.

From the initial contact instigated by me to the completion of the job we could not recommend Sherborne highly enough,. Every person we met from the company was polite, helpful and efficient. This family run firm highlights the care, understanding and efficiency of firms that we encountered when we were young. The highlight of their service was our contact with Ben and his installation team who could not do enough for us. We thoroughly recommend this company.

We had a large conservatory roof replaced with a solid roof. Sherborne, from first visit to last, were fantastic. It’s been an extremely stress free experience. Very organised, with different trades appearing when required. Everyone on site was pleasant and professional and the end result is 10/10. Would have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you all.
