A company like this are in a business in which consumers have to pay quite a lot of cash. I was therefore quite nervous about committing to the job. However Dherbofne were immensely understanding and patient with delays and decision changes - and they responded with friendliness and alacrity to everything we threw at them! The results of their work are splendid and I would happily recommend them to anyone

No complaints with the service. The design, measuring and installation work were all first class.

The whole experience from selecting the product to installation was straightforward.

From start to finish our experience with Sherborne was fantastic. All the staff we dealt with were so helpful. James, the Sales Manager was experienced and knowledgeable- he quickly worked out what we needed, gave us options and after quickly receiving the quote, we were able to agree a price. The Survey guy took the time to make sure we were completely happy with the design and options offered. The demolition and construction of the new conservatory met the dates agreed. The guys did a great job and kept us updated on how things were progressing. The workmanship was high quality and we were really pleased with our new conservatory. The garden was left neat and tidy after the work. There were a few snagging issues to sort out after completion which were dealt with quickly and efficiently by Charlotte and Andy in the Operations Team. Throughout the whole process the Sherborne guys delivered a clear impression that they wanted us to be happy with the finished product. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A really good customer experience from visiting the shop in Hartley Wintney right through to the installation last Friday. The whole team are friendly efficient and professional. Really good advice on selecting door furniture to help me stay within my budget.

From the very first meeting when I popped into the showroom unannounced, to the quote, survey and subsequent installation, all staff were incredibly polite, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The quality of the window and doors, both wooden and wood effect PVC, are exceptional and the standard of workmanship for the installation is outstanding. I would highly recommend this company.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Lewis took time to listen to what we wanted and offer advice on the best windows for our home. The fitters were excellent - Jason did a beautiful job and cleaned up after the work each day. The finished windows look wonderful and we are so pleased. Cannot rate Sherborne highly enough!

Yesterday Ben and Theo installed our French doors and Andy carried out some repairs on the front door. All three of them were exemplary for their customer skills, technical abilities, professionalism and hard work.

Ben and Theo worked without pause till gone 6pm. They made sure to fit the doors with real care. They were tidy, careful and charming. They cleared up really well and Ben took great care to explain the aftercare instructions.

Andy was really diligent about attaching the door fittings with great care (washers had been missed before so the knocker and knob were loose). He then did a brilliant job of resealing the door surround with the correct coloured paint. He was polite, hard working and friendly.

In summary, all three were a credit to Timber Windows/ Sherborne. They left us feeling delighted with our choice of your firm.
