Shoeaholics customer service is TERRIBLE
Shoeaholics customer service is appalling. After my parcel was marked as delivered to my neighbour, despite this not being my nominated safe place, it was never there. My neighbour received a number of other items but not this. The response I received from Shoeaholics was just not acceptable and they are still claiming no responsibility for this. I have never come across another retailer which when there has been an issue with delivery or a parcel going missing to not sort a replacement. Instead they have suggested it’s my fault. Do not recommend!!!

Can’t take accountability for errors
Product was great. However I paid the extra for next day delivery (isn’t cheap) and did not receive it the day I was supposed to. When enquiring about this and to get a refund on the extra delivery paid they took no accountability for this and made it seem that I was wrong. They told me that it was never supposed to be delivered on the day I thought although I had prove it said so. No refund was given and disgusting that a business can’t admit when there in the wrong.

What can I say? I say to get good product at a cheap price. Very good. Website only downfall is once something is out of stock. It shouldn't appear on the website. You only know when you're about to check out.

I've requested a full refund on 1st day…
I've requested a full refund on 1st day for shoes that unfortunately are too tight, unfortunately the link won't accept my reference number shown on the invoice!
I've emailed several photos asking you email me printed label, yet keep getting asked for the shoe size!
I have purchased from you several times, though won't be continuing in the future!.
I shall take clear photo of size, though want this escalated and postage to be refunded to me, as shocking service!!
I want an email with the return label via a different advisor, as the previous has been extremely unhelpful despite sending clear photo of box highlighting the size & the invoice twice which obviously reflects this!!
Otherwise I shall take to the Ombudsman & legal action as solicitors have been informed also!!

Received ex display and they charge to return!!
Received the shoes and the right one was clearly ex display. Worn sole, discoloured strap and loose fitting compared to the new left shoe. Shocking they can do this and then charge 3.95 for return.
