Shoezone . Dunstable branch . Very rude staff . 2 girls near closing time were throwing remarks and saying it’s home time . Go home ! 0 customer service . Utterly disgusting. Never going back there again .

Excellent service from the Bridgwater branch, went in bank holiday Monday to buy some sandals on offer, wasn't in stock so the young lady got on the computer and said it would be delivered to me the following day. Sure enough, it arrived the next day, brilliant service

Easy to navigate the website & order. Delivery was super fast! The shoes I ordered looked exactly like the pictures on the website. And were not that expensive & look to be fairly good quality. Would definitely be ordering again & have recommended Shoezone to my family and friends.

A great range of brands, many at sale prices, and an impressive delivery service too! Having found a limited number of sandals on the shelves of local stores, I ordered a pair of Skechers ' slip in' sandals from Shoezone at 5p.m. and as usual, they arrived the following day.

I have used Shoezone for many years now. I recently had an order that didn’t get delivered, but I must say they dealt with it swiftly and promptly and my shoes were delivered. The prices are always good and the quality of the footwear is excellent.

If I could give no stars if I could. It's supposed to be next day delivery but I'm onto the eighth day of no shoes and they state they can't chase up with Evri for four days. So I've had to buy other shoes so I'm out of pocket twice. The customer service is non existent they are totally unhelpful.

Bought two pairs of slippers. Price very reasonable, slippers and delivery time extremely acceptable. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.
