I have ordered online twice now & the free next day delivery is awesome. I ordered some slippers yesterday at 7pm & they were delivered by lunchtime today plus I love my slippers as they are great quality & fit perfectly so all in all a great company.

My husband loves these slippers, great product, well made and not expensive either. Shoe Zone has always been our go to as they always provide great service online and in store. Good quality products , great customer service, ordered and delivered within 24 hours , perfect . Would highly recommend

Free next day delivery is amazing! Products seem good value and quality, but a bit disappointed that you have to pay to return or make the trip to store to return for free. One pair of shoes I ordered are marked as a kids size 6 but when compared to Primark size 4-5 shoes they come up exactly the same size and don't fit my child who is a size 6. It's a little frustrating having to organise getting to the nearest store to return or otherwise pay £2.50 to return via a locker when the product is incorrectly sized. Other than that, happy with the fast service.

Shop staff at Beaumont Leys were very helpful and due to not having my size in stock ordered it for me with delivery the next day at home

Easy to order, next day delivery, excellent price & quality of slippers

I buy these shoes for my mum who has very bad problems with her toes, I buy the next size up from what she wears and put insoles in, this gives her toes more room and lessens her pain. These shoes work better for her than the very expensive we have tried in the past

Shoezone . Dunstable branch . Very rude staff . 2 girls near closing time were throwing remarks and saying it’s home time . Go home ! 0 customer service . Utterly disgusting. Never going back there again .

Excellent service from the Bridgwater branch, went in bank holiday Monday to buy some sandals on offer, wasn't in stock so the young lady got on the computer and said it would be delivered to me the following day. Sure enough, it arrived the next day, brilliant service

Easy to navigate the website & order. Delivery was super fast! The shoes I ordered looked exactly like the pictures on the website. And were not that expensive & look to be fairly good quality. Would definitely be ordering again & have recommended Shoezone to my family and friends.
