Long Time Customer

We've been a ShopperApproved customer for years, and when we had a technical glitch with one of our widgets, Khéri was quick to reply with a simple fix!

Highly Recommend!

We vetted several companies before we selected Shopper Approved and they have delivered across the board in helping The House Designers acquire quality, verified reviews. Colton Gallegos, our customer rep, has been a huge support and always available to answer our questions. I highly recommend Shopper Approved!

The Best Review Platform

We've been in business for 20 years and used many review platforms. Shopper Approved has been our favorite and the one we have used the longest. What we like best about them is it is always a real customer writing the reviews. They do not give access to just anyone to write reviews, the customer has the option only after they buy from us. This eliminates a lot of spam which we are always fighting on other platforms. When we need help they always respond quickly.

Support is always on point

Shopper approved is an amazing product with an excellent support staff. I have been a loyal user for over 10 years and the benefits have always far outweighed the costs. Excellent product and leaders in the review space.

Customized Coding Solution Provided

We use a custom ecommerce platform, so their script out of the box couldn't pull the order details like name, value, and id. Many companies would just say their product requires using one of the many popular ecom platforms, but they had one of their developers work with us and within a week provided us a custom coded script that integrates with our setup! Excellent support.

Great communication, kinda slow tho

I was in communication with Kheri regarding an issue I had. He was quick to reply and kept me updated throughout the whole process. The only downside was that it took them over 40 days to fix my issue, but other than that, everything was great!

Shopper Approved only allows certain reviews

Shopper Approved protects its clients, who pay for their service, from bad reviews. A company they rate "exceptional" is anything but that I had to cancel my order due to their poor service - since I cancelled my order, Shopper Approved will not allow me to post my experience, thus creating a system that only post that are positive.

I can assure you—we definitely do not protect our clients from bad reviews.

Believe me, if that were the case, there are many heated conversations over the years that definitely could have been avoided.

The fact that we don't protect our clients is what makes our service valuable - even to them.

If we did protect them, we would lose all trust and integrity and our service wouldn't have any value.

Depending on how the client has their reviews configured, you may still receive the full survey - it's usually set to go out a certain number of days after the initial order.

If not, you can always request one by clicking the “Write a Review” link at the top of our homepage, or by reaching out to our support team at support@shopperapproved.com.

Also, if you did have a bad experience with one of our clients, maybe there's something we can do to help, even if it's trying to figure out what happened with your order.

If we can help you resolve your concern, not only will it bring you peace of mind, but hopefully help the company you purchased from to be more aware of any issues so they can improve them.
