Our latest contact Sophie is great and most helpful. She is happy to go through all that needs to be gone through plus additional questions asked. She also understands our business and is willing to learn more. The team do what they say they are going to do and most important they have delivered results over the last 10 months.

I have been working with Shoptimised for a few years now on a number of different clients and it is now a tool I just couldn’t live without. Amy our account manager has been working alongside us on campaigns and we are seeing very positive results across the board.

We've been working with Shoptimised for just under a year and have been very pleased with the results they've produced. Communication is great and the team is always a pleasure to talk to. Started using shoptimised as a campaign to run alongside our existing agency that deals with our core products to sell across the whole website and this has worked very well.Our ROAS for our incremental campain handled by Gemma has exceeded our expectation and Gemma and the team could not have been more helpful.I am a retailer of 27 years and always a little sceptical on sales promises but this has worked great for us so would highly recommend giving them a go.

Debbie and the team at Shoptimised are grate! Shoptimised is a fantastic solution for selling slow moving or toxic stock. Google always wants to sell whats hot, however this doesn’t sell though stock levels evenly. With Shoptimised we have been able to move slow moving stock while still hitting our ROAS and ROI targets. Definitely worth a go! 5*

We have been working with Debbie at Shoptimised for around 18 months now, with them running incremental campaigns for us. Always hit ROAS targets and keep us up to date with monthly emails & meetings. Whenever I've asked for a call back/put a ticket in its been same day response.
