We launched our incremental sales feed last month, and it has been a valuable campaign to our PPC channel. Really fast and simple to set up, the feed has helped us to increase online sales, and maintaining great ROAS. Jade, our account manager, has been super helpful and responsive to any questions. This company were very pushy to do a demo and in the end I agreed. Had a half hour meeting and they were going to send some information on to me about their offering etc and never did. On the demo I had to allow them permissions access to our adwords account so they could run their analysis tool which I did then despite chasing the contact via email they still have not got back to me. Wondering if it is some sort of trick to get access to your adwords data or something now they are not getting back to me

Since coming on board we have had significant uptake in incremental sales due to the shoptimised platform. The friendly team answer all of our questions and provide regular feedback about our campaign. Jade, Zenah and Paul have been great in managing our account and we look forward to further success.
