Horrible company. Not worth the headache
50% of my items were damaged because they used ZERO packing material. Nothing says I don't care how. you receive more than no packing material. I Emailed them about returning these items 6 days ago. No response. Also submitted a return on the website 4 days ago. Also no response. This is unacceptable but to make it even worse I paid $10 extra for "Easy Returns + Package Protection. This has been far from easy. Horrible company. So even with a refund, I still lose out on the chance to get these items on sale. Will they do anything to make it up. Of course not because they obviously do not care of their customers are happy. Will never order from again.

Good but packaging could be better
Ordered the steelbook of Arcane season 2. It came as described, with a bonus poster, and I didn't have to fuff with tariffs which was great. My only criticism is the steelbook was shipped loose in the cardboard shipping box with a few inches of space with no packing materials - it wasn't damaged, but I could imagine it could have been dented or scratched bouncing around in the box. Maybe even a single piece of that heavy "packing paper" just to protect it from jostling around would be nice.
