Shuraa Business Setup

Rowena was very prompt and professional.

I had a very positive experience with Shuraa Business Setup, especially with Mr. Saurav Sharma, who coordinated the entire license renewal process very professionally.

Saurav was extremely supportive, responsive, and always available to clarify our queries. He kept us updated at every stage and made the renewal process smooth and hassle-free.

Really appreciate his excellent coordination, professionalism, and prompt support. Highly recommended!

I set up my company through Shuraa in January 2025. The trade license itself was issued without issue. Everything after that fell apart.

When I flew to Dubai in May 2025 for the visa and Emirates ID process, my assigned representative stopped responding the moment I landed, and I had to chase repeatedly just to get the process moving. During the Emirates ID stage I was charged AED 1,750 in cash, described only as a "special fee" — no invoice or receipt was ever issued for it.

I then paid roughly USD 3,000 for help opening a corporate bank account, promised to take about a week. Six months and constant follow-ups later, I was told they couldn't open one. Their manager, Parvesh, personally promised me a refund — then stopped responding, and I was told he'd left the company. That refund was never paid.

Over a year after setting up, frustrated with the lack of resolution, I asked Shuraa to liquidate the company. They charged around USD 4,000 for "full liquidation," promising 14 working days. About a month later, I was told a further USD 2,000 "corporate tax service charge" was now required before they'd proceed, with penalties threatened if I didn't pay — none of this was mentioned when I paid the original fee.

Over a year on, my company still isn't closed, my refund was never returned, and I've paid this company more than $7,000 for services that were either not delivered or held hostage for more fees. I sent a formal written complaint and I'm sharing this review so others go in with their eyes open.

Jennifer Santiago is very professional and proactively reaches out to customers to keep them happy. Thank you, and God bless you!

Fast and reliable!

It was a smooth straight forward process and everything was cleared to me with full transparency until i got my company license and thanks Shuraa and it's Team , Nikole, Syed, Sapna whome i delt with for all their help and proficional work.

I had an outstanding experience with Shuraa Business Setup, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to establish and grow a business in the UAE.

From the very beginning, they guided me through every step of creating my company, obtaining my residence visa and permits, opening the company bank account, and completing all the necessary legal and administrative procedures. Today, they continue to support my business by managing my corporate tax, financial compliance, and administrative obligations with the Dubai government and other relevant authorities. Having my company based in the Dubai Silicon Oasis Free Zone, it has been invaluable to have such a reliable and knowledgeable partner by my side.

What truly sets Shuraa apart, however, is the exceptional support provided by Gyte Kaciusyte. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine commitment to helping her clients have made all the difference. She has been there throughout every stage of my journey, always ready to answer my questions, provide guidance, and assist with every new requirement for both my business and my life in Dubai. Her responsiveness, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile have given me complete confidence and peace of mind.

I am sincerely grateful for everything that Shuraa and, especially, Gyte have done for me. Their service has exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire process and all that we have achieved together.

Thank you, Gyte, and thank you to the entire Shuraa Business Setup team. I look forward to continuing our successful partnership for many years to come.

Ramnita really went the extra mile helping me with issuing trade license. Also she did the coordination with her other colleage to open bank accounts . Also she explained all types and options of business options I can take

I had a very positive experience with Shuraa while setting up my Freezone company, ReapMind Innovation Services FZCO. The entire process was smooth, professional, and well coordinated.

A special thanks to Ms. Nour for her excellent guidance, prompt responses, and valuable inputs throughout the company formation process. She was very supportive in explaining the requirements and helping us make the right decisions at each step.

I really appreciate the professionalism and customer support provided by the Shuraa team. I would definitely recommend Shuraa to anyone looking for reliable and professional assistance with company formation in the UAE.

Thank you, Shuraa, and especially Ms. Nour, for making the process easy and hassle-free!

I am writing this review to advise other international investors to be extremely cautious when dealing with Shuraa Management and Consultancy LLC. We paid an upfront deposit of AED 10,000 for mainland corporate structure setup. Unfortunately, after months of delays, Shuraa completely failed to deliver our active Trade License or any functional business infrastructure. Their operational team repeatedly processed security clearance applications incorrectly, leading to multiple avoidable administrative rejections from government portals. Furthermore, their billing practices lacked transparency. After complications arose, they suggested a single-owner structure which I approved, yet they continued to demand a full balance payment calculated for three shareholders (amounting to AED 15,615). When challenged on this inflation and their active 50% public marketing promotion, they refused to honor the discount or issue a refund for our unspent deposit balance. The matter was escalated to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) compliance desk under Complaint # CMP-26-615166, where Shuraa refused to settle the unspent cash balance, forcing us to halt operations entirely. If you are a foreign investor seeking reliable, transparent project management and corporate structure support in Dubai, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. Retain a firm that honors its promotional pricing and delivers on its contracts.

My experience with Shuraa has been excellent, right from setting up my Company (getting the Trade Licence) till the end (for cancellation of the Trade Licence); which was handled extremely smoothly by Mr Jego Santos.
The processes for Trade License issuance and cancellation were explained very well & professionally.

So thorough in explaining, even if you don't understand.

Thanks for everyone really very helpful people and fast responses all times specially Mr mohammad ayoub a d Mr simranjeet.
Thanks to all

Excellent service

Recently in Dec 2025 I decided to cancel my company operation in UAE and took help of Shuraa . I found executive of Shuraa Gego very much helpful and friendly in cancellation process of the company. He helped me to cancel the company completely online without visiting Dubai .

I can completely rely on Shuraa for the best and most accurate information. Ms. Ramnita and Sahil have been extremely kind, supportive, and patient throughout the entire process.

Extremely unprofessional service, license payment submitted 2 months ago, and still so many excuses. I was sick, i was in hospital, i was on annual leave, i was on holidays, our office was closed and so on....

I had a great experience with this company. They helped me with all the paperwork in a very professional and responsible manner. They provided clear and detailed information at every step and were always available to answer my questions. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to their support. Special thanks to Ramnita for her outstanding help and dedication.
I highly recommend them!

Shuraa Consultancy Team (Ms Sunitha Billawara and her team) has provided prompt response and action for my GDRFA work. They guided me about all the documentation required and how to resolve the issue. Their knowledge about the required documents and the concerned department was excellent and well in time. Once the GDRFA work was finished, they immediately swung into action and processed the rest of the procedures.
