Very good overall experience
The customer service assistant, was prompt, efficient, friendly and helpful. The car was clean and marks identified at pick up were mostly correct, there was an extra small mark, which I photographed. Car ran well and there were no issues. At return someone was immediately at hand to take the car back and check it over. Paperwork was signed. Deposit was returned within a day. Excellent all round. Have used SBC many times and will continue to do so as long as you stay competitive for price. Thanks

Misleading and buried information…
Misleading and buried information regarding the use of debit/credit cards and the “penalty” for using a debit card is three times the amount of the usual fee. You will pay the equivalent of biannual car insurance for a weeks rental. It’s exorbitant. Both Sicily and the booking agent point to the t&cs for convenience while the info is not presented in an explicit and easy to find manner, especially since it’s a huge difference and potentially disabling your vacation. If you’re looking for understanding, do not go here. Would not recommend.
