A big Thank you to Mark thank you again for taking another order of us. We have been using Sign Windows for over 25 years for our home and property folio. We have used them many times and on each occasion, we’ve always at the highest service and after care excellent still recommending this family run business (Angies )

This is our second time with Sign Windows. We bought a new front door last year, and this year we had the front of our home fitted with Sliding Sash windows.
The price was very competitive, The service was exceptional. Andy & Neil turned up on time and worked really hard to complete the job in the pouring rain ☔.
The quality of workmanship was excellent.

Wanted French doors fitting. Stressful from the word go. Booked time off for original appointment, no one turned up. When I contacted them they made a lame excuse of running late and sent a new starter who knew nothing who contradicted by saying computer had crashed. After saying thanks but no thanks Dan called and came round assuring us it was a blip. How i wished i listened to my gut instinct and went elsewhere. Have had to chase the company for absolutely everything. Designs, receipts, information on updates. Only thing they're punctual with is collecting payments. Was surprised at having to pay 90% up front prior to fitting day too. Got a fitting date of 16th Dec arrivjng between 8 and 9am and told work done in 1 day so booked 1 day off and prepped the room covering everything over and clearing the end where work being done rendering the room unlivable fir the duration. Workmen finally showed up at 12.15pm took one look told us was never going to be 1 days work offered to chip out a few bricks and come back in 2 days. After many Stressful conversations with office staff had to relent to taking a further 2 days off unpaid to get the work done. The room couldn't be used for 4 days due to the coverings and boxes. Katy was extremely rude on the phone, no genuine remorse from any staff and felt absolutely trapped as 90% of cost already handed over. Spoke with Dan and he said he would get back to me but unsurprisingly he didn't. Again were very prompt calling for the final payment which I refused to pay and asked for the Director's details to complain. He asked me to reconsider leaving a negative review. A week after requesting receipts for my previous payments I chased again and finally received them.
My advice would be save yourself the stress, stay away from this company and spend your money elsewhere. Only gave 1 star because unable to give 0.

Amazing work. Thanks for the prompt installation of 7 perfect windows. There was a misunderstanding in the beginning however the team really came through and delivered on time. Amazing craftmanship and Nigel was the last one to come in and seal everything down. Really happy with the work and service provided. Thank you all.

Many years ago I used Sign Windows for home improvements. Their service and workmanship was brilliant. Recently I needed a new bay window, saw an advert from Sign Windows so got in touch. Not only was the quotation a good fair price but their service and workmanship again was excellent. Good to see some things haven’t changed. Thanks Mark & the crew. Highly recommend

Excellent knowledge, professional attitude to installation and friendly customer service. This was the first time we had used Sign Windows and from the moment we met with Mark we were confident we had made the right choice to have a new front porch door and windows from them. He was very thorough in looking at the existing porch and talked us through the various options and styles even to the point of the best material (composite vs UPVC) to have for the door given the direction the door was facing to the sun. We never felt pressured into deciding to go with Sign Windows or about a choosing a particular style. On the day of the installation the van arrived on time and the installers were completely professional in all the work they did, including clearing and taking away all the old door and windows. We can totally recommend Sign Windows for any work that needs to be done. Wish other companies were as professional and reliable as Sign Windows.

Can't recommend Sign Windows enough. No messing around with the price. First class fitting of window and I know from experience that Sign Windows are there for after care too. Have used Sign Windows previously and have absolutely no regrets in using again

We moved into a property that needed new windows throughout. Sign Windows stood out for us when choosing the right company for the job. Really good communication at quotation and survey stages, and an installation slot that fitted with our other commitments.

The team installing the windows were efficient and did an excellent job.

I will happily recommend Sign to others and have already booked them for a new front door!

Second time using Sign windows and the service has been wonderful so far

Mark visited yesterday and within a matter of a couple of hours he had measured up, Quoted and booked in the full survey. The reason we returned to Sign windows was because of how competitive their prices are.

Marks customer service was excellent and I will definitely recommend Sign Windows to others.

I had my front and back doors replaced by Sign several months ago, and as I've just called them back to quote for some new windows, I thought I should write a review.
I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. Mark (who did the original quote) is a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I never felt under any pressure.
The installation process was seamless, the workpeople were professional and friendly. Cleaned up after themselves and left the work areas spotless.
The quality of the doors is excellent and I've had no problems.
If you are in Leicester or the surrounding area, I would recommend that you give them a call.
