Enjoying the quality of the food, I'm on the lean plan, very flavoursome and filling highly recommend. Thanks also to LILY in customer support making sure I'm having the best experience. Better than Thrive.

The meals are fine - very repetitive, limited flavour, but they meet protein requirements. Frive is far superior on flavour, for comparison.

My real disappointment is with customer service, which is sloppy and disjointed. I've heard this off a few people now and experienced it twice myself.

I was looking for a healthy meal service as I don’t always have time to meal prep. I tried another meal delivery service before Simmer Eats which was not so great, the food texture was a little like toddler food with everting in small pieces for microwave cooking and bland, Simmer Eats is not the same. The food tastes great, proper slices of meat and well seasoned. Now on my third delivery and very impressed so far.

Great recipe choices, quick and easy way to enjoy delicious food during the week.

Would highly recommend.

I've now finished my 1st box & have to say every meal was delicious. Fresh ingredients & satisfying portions(I chose large but have changed to standard as the large was a larger portion than I expected. I would definitely recommend Simmer to anyone....also I made a mistake with the timing of my 2nd box which was swiftly dealt with. Great customer support great company & great food.

Simmer eats is great lovely food and amazing customer service from Zidane. Have been with them for a few weeks now and have had nothing but a positive experience.

The amount of outstanding reviews on here says everything about what simmer are doing. Lily has already reached out and checked in and made sure im happy with the food and service. Which I 100% am. The delivery is spot on never had a problem, food choice and quality, mainly and surprisingly being the meat. Its not the average nits of chicken and meat you getting in everyday microwave meals. Top of the list for me is how filling these meals are, do not underestimate this. 5star quality food and service, i will continue to let simmer make life easier with more convenient meal times .

Tasty meals but I think i need to reduce my order and get some crisp fresh veg in my diet

The food is good and fresh. I love the Butter Chicken and the veggies and chicken. The spanish chicken is great as well. The way they delivery the boxes is very impressive placing ice packs to keep the food good from spoiling. Sometimes i cannot recieve the deliveries instantly but i know the food will be good.

The meals are so tasty not had one I don’t like yet . The quality is of a high standard ordering is easy and delivery is spot on I can’t fault them .

I’ve been using simmer for 3 weeks now and so far it’s been amazing , great tasting food, simple/quick to cook and plenty of variety.
Dealing with customer services is easy and nothing is too much effort. Samual was a great help.

I would record no stars if I could!

They will keep taking money with no communication or email to confirm what you have ordered. When you try and cancel the options are hidden on their website. When you email to explain the customer service is shocking.

To make things worst the meals I didn’t want came today, damaged, hot after being in the heat and open with half the food up the side of the box.

The service is not transparent and they are out to catch you out so you pay more than you expected.

Please don’t get caught out

I’ve been using simmer for about 3 weeks now and I am loving it! The meals are super tasty and varied. It takes the thinking out of meal prep, syncs perfectly with mfp and saves SO much time.

Tasty food with great weekly variety. Takes the time and thought out of your weekly diet and keeps the calories down. Lily from customer service is fantastic at her work.

The meals are pretty tasty, although the standard is probably not quite enough for me. However, the price for the standard is still a little too high for my liking so I don't feel like I can go bigger. Super convenient though.
