The food is really good. One meal keeps me going all day. Love the delivery service. Very happy. Except, I'm unable to get past ,mEdit Box,, Could you simplify your ordering process. There are a lot of blocks and stoppages. !

Very good and easy

Meals are tasty and varied, delivery was always on time, the prices are too bad, as someone who cooks it was nice to eat something different without the faff, but for my goals they were convient and tasty

First week of ordering meals from Simmer. Delivery was spot on, although would prefer to order less than 6 x meals each week as you're then limited to eating microwave meals. Don't get me wrong , they are delicious and tasty but your minimum of 6 meals is your full week. Maybe .lower the minimum meals to 3 or 4.
Going forward to week 2...more delicious meals to experience. Thank you.

Easy ordering and delivery. Appreciate being able to stop and start service without penalties. Saves lots of time. Hoping it will save money in the long run. Have enjoyed the food so far.

Really great service through ordering to delivery. The meals are really tasty we are really enjoying them. They fill you up and after a busy day so quick and easy to cook. I would high recommend. Marie also checked in to see how we were finding the meals which was a really nice touch! 😄

The meals are ok, not that big( standard) & quite repetitive.
I had the beef brisket meal & it had a couple of fat blobs the size of my palm & it made me feel sick & has put me off!
Can’t figure out how to cancel the shots either🤔

Really wish i’d started Simmer sooner! I just had my second baby and last time was a real challenge trying to juggle nutrition, time cooking/cleaning and even just shopping for food. So we found Simmer, I thought it would be basic food, because what microwave meal is nice?!, but heck I was so wrong. Every dish is bursting with flavour and nutrients and I have saved so much time! Thank you Simmer for making this season easier for us! Also thank you to Lily in customer support for being lovely ☺️

My first delivery was fine, and the food quality was as expected, so I had no complaints. However, my second delivery included two meals containing expired food items.

I contacted customer service, and they confirmed that the meals were from the previous week. They told me that if I could not eat them in time, I should freeze them. After checking, I realised that these were meals I had already received the previous week, yet they had been included in my current delivery. This means that the company had deliberately used leftover stock from the previous week rather than providing fresh meals.

For this reason, I am giving the service two stars. Additionally, the plastic covers on two of the boxes were not properly sealed, so the packaging quality also needs improvement.

Good food. Good value with the discount. Extremely annoying cancellation procedure.

Have been with Simmer Eats for a couple of weeks now and I cannot rate the quality of the food high enough and the customer service! Lily has been in contact, she sent such a nice email to check everything is ok, to welcome me and see if im enjoying my experience, and that is not something you get from every company. Each week, the variety you can choose from is amazing and every single meal I have had has been delicious! The pricing is great, discounts they offer are amazing and their overall vibe is really fun to be a customer of. The ordering process is super easy and very flexible, you can make changes up to the last minute they send the food out. Deliveries always arrive chilled and in perfect condition. I am a very happy customer as not only is it saving me money pound but also helping with losing pounds round the waist!

I didn't really like the fact that my next order has been picked for me, because I hadn't picked for myself, before a deadline. You say that meals picked for me, will be based on my previous picks. But, how do you know that I liked all of the meals that I've picked before? The answer is, you don't know. I think that a better system would be that, if an order hasn't been chosen by the customer after a certain date, then that weeks order should be automatically skipped not automatically chosen for you.

Have only been using simmer a couple of weeks however, ordering is very simple and the meals I have chosen so far have been beyond my expectations. Tasty and delicious and just waiting to try more of whats on offer. My personal favourites are, butter chicken, sticky chinese chicken and jerk chicken.

We decided to try this after I saw it advertised online. I had never looked at a service where the food arrives "made" - and I am genuinely surprised at how good this has been. 3 minutes in the microwave and everything so far has been really tasty! What's also really nice is that I am Gluten intolerant and there has been enough of a selection for me to have a choice of meals. Its also good that my husband can have a totally different dinner from myself as well. Its such a time saver just knowing you can open the fridge grab something to eat & not faff about. Jamie in customer services was really friendly as well!

Happy with the concept. It certainly makes life easier for me. I certainly snack less between meals.
