This was our third stay at La Grange. We have always stayed here with our Children and grandchildren, a party of 13.
It suits a large group so well as everyone has their own bedroom and en suite, and there are so many areas to relax and enjoy.
The house and barn are extremely well
appointed for your every need. The kitenens are equipped with absolutely everything you could think of, and the wine fridge and ice machine as well as the air fryers are all great additions. Quality linen and towels in all the rooms and pool towels all provided.
The grounds are extensive with an area to suit everyone's needs. The play area and trampoline was a favourite with the grandchildren.
Outside. You have a choice of Gas and Charcoal bbq.
The pool is heated, steps to enter and a great size. The rollover hard cover is easy to operate and maintains the heat very well.
Plenty of seating and sun beds for everyone.
All the bikes are great quality and very well maintained
The area is very peaceful but close to some wonderful vineyards for tastings and lunch, and a great supermarket (E le Clerc ) only ten minutes away. It was so useful to be able to place a food delivery through Tracey from there for delivery for our arrival.

We stayed at Casa Amelia for 4 nights and it was superb. We were staying here for my mum’s 60th birthday and the accommodation made it extra special. It was extremely spacious and we had so much fun in the pool area. Liana was especially helpful and got some birthday decorations sorted for my mum, which she loved. She has been very responsive and super lovely. I would recommend Casa Amelia to anyone! It really is a beautiful accommodation 😊

We stayed at Grooms Cottage for 6 nights at the beginning of June 2026. We were wondering if the upcoming Appleby Fair would affect our stay but needn’t have worried. Back Lane is set back from the main road and the cottage is chocolate box picture perfect. The garden is south facing so ideal for sitting out and enjoying the perfectly kept garden. The cottage itself had everything we needed and it was an absolute oasis of peace and tranquility. Location is perfect with easy access to the A66 and handy for walks in the North Pennines starting from Dufton, Kirkland, etc. The only niggle which was nothing to do with the property is we had a power cut the first night which forced us into Appleby for breakfast which was a lovely experience. A memorable experience and looking forward to visiting again.

A warm welcome from host Derek was only the start of a wonderful week, substantially different to the active holiday planned. Mechanical problems with my car greatly limited its use resulting in a wonderfully relaxing week at this lovely peaceful location where the warmth of our arrival was maintained throughout our stay. We have already booked a return visit next year.

Another great booking through Simply Owners. The website was easy to use, communication was straightforward, and the property description was accurate. We had a lovely stay at Mill Cottage and wouldn’t hesitate to use Simply Owners again for future holidays.

We booked a lodge in Duke's Meadow for May half term through Simply Owners. Fantastic website and description of property was very accurate but even better when we got there. Correspondence with the owner was so easy and they were extremely helpful. I would definitely book again through Simply Owners. I would also recommend booking Blencathra Way Lodge in Duke's Meadow. Gorgeous lodge and excellent value for money.

Perfect Gite and Garden and Wonderful Host

I found Gemini Villa based in Northern Cyprus on Simply Owners. The listing was very accurate and informative. The owners responded very quickly and we were booked in no time at all. Thereafter I had great contact from the owner in the run up to our booking. The owner Nigel Burne has been brilliant and really helpful. The villa is really well maintained and very comfortable with great views and great facilities.

Seriously, I do not know why, but I have had no bookings through Simply Owners this year. I have tried everything, including opening up my dates and my changeover days and even dropped my prices. I have done so much work on my page but it just is not happening for me. I have had lengthy discussions with you about this issue on a few occasions, which I do appreciate, but at the end of it all, I just havn't had any bookings.

Excellent location, spacious accommodation and very well catered for, just like home from home! Thanks to Ronnie for her extra touches and being so helpful.

Easy process all the way through - good response from the owners property manager both before and during our stay. Have already booked again through Simply Owners for next year.

We had an amazing time in Marks villa,
The villa was very well equipped and clean.
There was plenty of space inside and outside for a party of eight.
Communication was very easy and reply’s were swift.
You can walk into Luz where there are some very nice restaurants.
The villa is in a very tranquil setting.

HOME FARM HOUSE in Suffield, Norfolk, is a fabulous accommodation for up to 10 people. Appointed to a very high and comfortable standard, with great ourdoor spaces, we would highly recommend a stay here for a group. The owners had provided everything to make the stay perfect.
