I ordered a personalized puzzle for my granddaughter. It came without a problem, but it has no picture of what the puzzle is and no way for her to know how it should be assembled. For the price paid, I would think you would include the picture with her name on it. I e-mailed and received no response.

I love the fact that there is information about the zoo animal that is featured on each page of the story.

I was not pleased, I was under the impression that the childs name would be included in the story not just printed on the opposite bland page, And to charge $50 for this book was ridiculous .

I purchased a Santa personalized book for our Grandson, he absolutely loves it. His named appeared throughout the book and he is fascinated by that, he is 4 years old and he loves reading the story.

I loved the books, beautiful quality...the only thing I wasn't happy with, is the Winnie The Pooh book didn't mention the child's name at all throughout the story. The others were mentioned through the entire book.

I ordered this for my 90 year old friend. The order came through fine, we’ll packaged and on time. Problem is that it was not mentioned on your website that the print is so small that nobody can read it. After all, a newspaper is for READING.

The frames and quality of the reprint were of a higher quality than pictured. I am pleased.

Much to my dismay, my package was stolen off our front porch when it was delivered... not at all at the fault of Simply Personalized. Yet, when I wrote in to see if there was anything they could do, they went above and beyond to handle my situation and I am more than satisfied. They were also quick to respond to my emails and fast to ship. The quality of the book is excellent. Can't wait to give it to my dad this weekend! Very impressed.
