Very happy! I received my personalized product much more quickly than I anticipated. It was a 60th birthday gift for my father, and he was very happy with it. It actually made him tear up a bit. So, we are definitely happy!

I've ordered books from other companies and have already received them. I have not received the book I ordered from you even though you sent an email saying it shipped on Sept.3rd. You have not provided a tracking number so I can't locate it. No one answers your phone or responds to an email. This is a gift and may not get it. My order # is 1E6108. I would appreciate a response from you.

It may not be on your website now but it was showing Paw Patrol which both of my great grand kids love. Along with Frozen I also wanted to order Paw Patrol, but no longer an option. Please update your site so that parents and grandparents won’t be disappointed when they can’t get that particular book. You as a company are missing out on some great books. Also you need to let people know you exist. I had saved a card that was in something I had ordered for the grandkids. Ava loved her book!

I ordered 3 LA Times birthday edition leather books for a very special party. I paid for 2 day delivery, it never arrived on time and over a week later, I was notified that one book wasn’t available, much later. Two books were received AFTER the special occasion. One was for a 100, 95, and 60 year old. Part of the joy of the party was to give these gifts. It was such a huge disappointment on so many levels. Too much to explain here. After venting my frustration to customer service, NOTHING was offered to compensate for special event, except an apology. I had to ASK to get the 2 day delivery refunded, even though they knew it was delivered until MUCH later. That’s terrible! Also, if you cannot supply a certain year of the birthday, you shouldn’t be allowed to order it. To put it mildly, the customer service and service was extremely poor.

Amazing service, amazing product!

We made the decision and placed the order with not much time but amazingly received the framed page from the Washington Post on time! It was very fun to read it and our friend loved it. For the price, I feel it was a good value and novel gift for someone when you can’t think of what to buy or in this case, a milestone birthday! Thank you!

Exactly what I expected and a wonderful gift

I needed to change the delivery address of my purchase which, thanks to Emma, was quickly done. The book I purchased was for my son's 50th birthday present and he is very happy to have it.

Delivered on time and looked exactly as I expected it would. For someone interested in this type of product, I highly recommend.

I am trying to checkout but my only option for shipping is Express and its $50! That is more than double the cost of the item I want to buy! Why are there no options for shipping in Canada?

Website was not user friendly. Package arrived a day late even though I paid for express shipping :(

Absolutely love it! It was a gift for my brother and he loves it. He is a die hard redsox fan and collector and the book was just another perfect piece to add.

Loved the baby memory book, but the book it came in had a handful of dirty marks, so the box was not presentable.

The Washington Post Historic pages was much thinner than I thought it would be. Not many historic pages were included.
