Why ruin your reputation?
Sinclair & Rush may be a decent company, but their choice of DHL as a courier leaves me no choice but to give a one star rating. Apparently, delivery was attempted but no one was home. This is impossible as I was literally outside my front door the entire morning and exactly at the time of the attempted delivery! DHL blatantly lies about attempted deliveries (as per many reviews on Trustpilot). It is a wonder how they get away with it. Even more puzzling is why any company would choose to use DHL services and in the process, jeopardise their own reputation! I now avoid using any company that utilises DHL as their courier.

I did order the wrong items and had to send them back,
