The floor sander arrived very quickly from Refina. It was in a palleted in an old taped up box with no warranty documentation or user manual. Its handles are scuffed and looks like it’s been a display model. Not very happy with Refina as paid nearly 2k for the sander and a dust skirt.😡

Purchased a battery through the company then realised it wasn't the battery but the charger, both items getting old. Spoke to a delightful lady on the 'phone who said she would look into it and get back to me - this was yesterday afternoon. This morning I receive an e-mail from her with a direct link to enable me to purchase the exact battery charger I needed that she had found. Excellent service, nice to speak to someone helpful who then kept to their word within 24 hours. Highley recommended company and will be using again.
