The instructor was fantastic and made the learning extremely engaging. He was patient with us and helped us step by step and kept the process enjoyable as well as enlightening.

Did the 3 day first aid at work course at the Harrogate location and Mike was great! I’m usually not a lover of courses and sit down class rooms but Mike kept it interesting & informative. He had some amazing dad jokes too, it gave us all a giggle!

The instructor was really knowledgeable and made the whole day fun and informative. Would recommend everyone does this course as these are such vital skills that could help someone.

To be honest I’m not a lover of doing courses but I’m so glad I attended this first aid course, you don’t realise that simple things can save someone’s life, I attended the course at St.Johns in Warrington and Nettie our instructor was so good at putting things across to us , I left the venue feeling confident that I could help someone who needed first aid, and I would recommend this course to everyone 👍 thank you Nettie for a wonderful interesting course 👍

I had a great experience during my training all thanks to Caroline. She did an incredible job making the class fun and engaging for all learners. She presented well and spoke with thoughtfulness and always assisted whenever needed. In fact it was such a great class, I was sad when it was over. Someone please give her all the promotions. Absolutely amazing job!

Well, it was a great experience to learn what it was all about, the trainers provided & explained everything clearly at times, it helped me to understand certain areas of the course, it was informative & the pace kept on going. 👍

The trainers David, Ross& Tom were all excellent. Very knowledgeable and put everything across in an interesting and easy to understand fashion.
Just a pity that Newmarket centre has closed since Iast renewed.

The lecturer made us feel as comfortable as possible & made it easy to work with others. The course was run really well with breaks at perfect times to break the day up,
the coarse run well & was easily put across to understand.

Exceptional training from start to finish. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and kept the energy high throughout the day. The perfect balance of theory and practical drills—we spent more time on the floor practicing CPR and using the AED than watching slides. I left feeling genuinely prepared, not just certified. The scenarios felt real, and the tips on adapting techniques for different ages (babies vs. adults) were invaluable. This is exactly how first aid training should be done. Highly recommended.

Debbi was excellent at delivering the course. She explained everything in detail she was patient and very engaging.

Although it was a refresher, the instructor was phenomenal. She went through the whole course as though it was the first time. Thank you so much for the enlightenment. We can truly and confidently help ourselves and others when needed.

Trainer made the experience relative with a fun side. He interacted with all of us and explained anything we didn't understand.
