Firstly I would like to give huge credit to Ken our trainer, he kept the 3 days engaging with a mixture of practical, theory, and fun learning methods.
The course itself covers everything you need to get an understanding of what’s required for workplace health and safety. I have left the course confident I can help a colleague or member of the public in an emergency situation.

I attending a 3 day course, which was really good and lots of information, the only thing that was really disappointing was that we didn't have the same trainer each day, which was the only thing that let the course down.

Pros: very well presented, plenty of opportunity to asks questions, which were always answered. Changes since previous training were well explained, demonstrated and tested.
Cons: if no lunch is to be provided it's best to advise in advance on the training correspondence.

All areas covered were in depth and very informative and the instructor was clear on every aspect
I was a bit nervous about completing my Mental Health First Aid course being a sufferer myself. However Nettys personalisation of the course really put me at ease.
The material was great and extremely helpful. I feel confident to put all I learnt into practise.
The trainer, Sarah Blood at Oldham made this course brilliant. Her training style, knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching made the course fun, interesting and easy to learn and remember.
Straight from the off she was welcoming and made everyone feel relaxed and at ease.
