Not impressed - at all
We ordered a copper pan. Was supposed to arrive within 14 days. After 14 days we contacted Sjoppi. The pans were out of stock. Why didn't they inform us about that? Then we waited almost 14 days - again. We reconnected with Sjoppi. They told us that they had delivered it to some agent in Varmdo. They did not inform us about that. Then we opened the package. There was no cook book inside (that was supposed to be included). So, we reconnected with Sjoppi again (yesterday). The promissed us to send the cook book to our home address... Let's see what happens... In the end: not at all impressed by Sjoppi (although the customer service people were very friendly and forthcoming).

Dear Ralph,
I am very sorry about the delay on your pan. These pans unexpectedly ran out of stock from two different suppliers and at the same time we already had sold a lot of them before we knew they would be delayed.
We definately should have informed you about this delay, before you had to contact us. I promise you we will better ourselves on this aspect in the future. Regarding the delivery we use DHL and they send it to their closest service point according to your postal code. When the order has arrived at the service point you should get two SMS notifications from DHL. If you still not pick up your order you should get a paper notification by mail. I will check with DHL if they are having problems with their notification system.
I have talked to logistics and made sure they will send you the cook book by mail. I am glad you appreciated our customer support, I will let them know!
