Great product, accurately described, delivered very quickly at a good price.

SJS Cycles have been amazing, let's put aside customer service for a moment and just look at the stock they offer - they are a veritable treasure trove of, I am pretty sure, every part you could ever need for your bike! I've managed to find ball bearings, axels and freehub bodies meaning I'm only replacing damaged parts and not entire wheels etc and all the information you need about the parts are clearly detailed on the website so compatibility is never an issue! Delivery is quick, even the cheaper options and everything is well packaged and secure and exactly as you would expect and never having to return anything has always been a good thing! A perfect place to shop for all your bike parts and all at a reasonable price!

I have used SJS cycles for many years now. They carry an incredible catalogue of bike components and I have always found their service either at the store or via the internet to be extremely efficient and reliable.

They only had one hope top cap bolt and only one hope top cap the bolt and cap didn’t fit may of been my mistake

The information on the manufacturer’s website wasn’t clear. Spoke to a very helpful man at SJS who checked the information, provided clarification and went to the extra mile by providing photos of the item they had in stock. Part ordered and delivery in great time. Very professional, friendly service. Thank you!
