5 Star with suggested improvements
The initial ordering and speed of delivery was good. Unfortunately, the packaging and product arrived damaged. I reached out to SkateHut a few times and had no response over 9 days, so this is certainly an area that could be improved. That said, I did eventually get a response, and this point the service level increased dramatically. Meg was very helpful and resolved my issue very quickly. I had a mutually beneficial solution, ensuring both parties were satisfied. Thank you for your help Meg!
Delivery takes ages
its a shame that im still waiting on my order after more than a month but customer service were really nice and updated me about my order and even compensated for it.
Two months and still nothing..................
Placed an order on 21 April and only received one out of two items ordered, it took until 30 May for customer services to offer a refund as the item wasn't in stock and they couldn't confirm when it would be so offered a refund. 3 weeks have passed since then and still no sign of the refund.
AVOID
update 12 July - just had a letter from the Administrator, SkateHut will never deliver my order nor will I get a refund, Ce'st la Vie
16 days wait for a response
I was disappointed to wait 16 days for a customer service response when the automated message had said I would receive help within 48 hours failing that 72 hours. However when I finally did get contacted it was Meg who was helpful, warm and efficient in resolving my query.
